Gymnastics Team Finishes 3rd at North Metro Meet

The Gymnastics Team finished in 3rd Place at the North Metro Meet hosted by Lassiter High School. Other Schools attending the Meet were Walton, Sequoyah, Harrison, Centennial and Buford. Spring Sports Begin in January for 2017

The 1st Official Day of Practice for Spring Sports begins in the month of January for Tennis, Baseball, Lacrosse, Track, Gymnastics and Soccer.   The Georgia High School Dates for First Practices are as follows: January 9 – Gymnastics and Tennis January 16- Soccer, Track and Baseball January 23 – Lacrosse Golf begins on Feb. 13.

NORTHSIDE HOSPITAL to provide Sports Medicine Needs for Hornet Student-Athletes beginning June 2016.

The Lady Hornets Gymnastics Team defeated 7 other Teams including Milton High School last Thursday March 17.  Evelyn Huang received a score of 9.1 on the Floor and 9.4 on the Beam.  Toni Houston had an All-Around score of 34.1 and a 9.00 on the Vault. Gymnastics Team Competing for AAAAAA State Championship!

Congratulations to Coach Whitworth and Coach Wilcox and the Gymnastics Team for qualifying for the AAAAAA State Gymnastics Meet at Westminister High School on Friday April 24 at 7pm.   The Hornets will be carrying a  4th place finish in the AAAAAA Gymnastic Sectionals to the STATE Meet at Westminister.
